Marc Bürki, CEO of Swissquote Bank Ltd., was born in 1961. He graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) with a degree in electrical engineering in 1987. Until 1990 he worked as a telecommunications specialist with the European Space Agency (ESA) in Nordweijk (Netherlands), and was subsequently a co-founder and managing partner with Marvel Communications Ltd. He is a founding member of Swissquote, where he has held various positions on the Board of Directors and in the Executive Management team. In 2002, Marc Bürki was appointed CEO of Swissquote Group Holding Ltd. and Swissquote Bank Ltd., the offices he holds today.
Cliff Baty, aged 48, is the Company's Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed in March 2016. He is responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting and financial control of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baty served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sportech plc, a leading pool betting operator and technology supplier, from 2013 to 2016. Prior to Sportech, he worked at Ladbrokes plc from 2006 to 2013 in a number of senior finance roles including Finance Director of its eGaming and International businesses, as well as Ladbrokes businesses in Spain, Italy and South Africa. Before that he was Group Financial Controller of Hilton Group plc from 2004 to 2006. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, where he worked for 10 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Oriel College, Oxford University in 1992.
Tom Higgins is founder and CEO of Gold-i. His experience in financial technology spans over 25 years, having spent most of his career working in the City, London. His career history includes: Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group, Chief Technology Officer at The IPE, Head of IT Business Strategy at NYSE Euronext, COO Europe & Asia at Reuters and Chief Technology Officer at online broker, ODL Securities. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London.

Mr. Callan has been the Chief Executive Officer of FXCM Group since May 2017 and from 2010 to May 2017 he served as the Chief Executive Officer of our European Operations. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Callan was the Managing Director of Sales for FXCM. He joined the firm in 2001 and became the Managing Director of RefcoFX in 2003 after spending two years in various sales positions.
